Cantata for Easter for soprano [d’–g’’], violin & b.c., edited by Christoph Eglhuber. Corresponding to the text, this very attractive work (duration: 9’) in E-flat Major is composed in three parts and offers the two soloists demanding and thankful solo parts. The at times polyphonic violin part is oriented on the stylus phantasticus and obviously requires a scordatura tuning, which was reconstructed by the editor: e-flat”, b-flat’, e-flat’, b-flat. The edition includes the violin part in scordatura and transposed tuning.
