For a long time, there remained uncertainty about the origins of the viola concertos, which until recently were attributed to Georg Benda. However, diligent research has brought to light that the three concertos (in F, E-flat, and E-flat) are not by Georg, but rather by Friedrich W. H. Benda. Edition Offenburg
