Green Man Press started publishing in the autumn of 1999, with the objective of making available to a wide musical public some of the vocal music of the baroque period, which deserves to be better known and more often performed both by amateurs and professionals. We have now published over 180 titles, comprising some 440 works, and are adding to these constantly. Most Green Man Press titles are produced from a single source, but increasingly we are offering critical editions. All our publications aim to be practical editions for use by performers.
